All wildlife photography was taken by local photographers Katrina Swanson Cormack and Melanie Roger. Over the course of several years, these two ladies have been seen patiently standing along the riverbank waiting for that moment to capture the digital images displayed on this page. Their activity increases during the colder months when many camera armed locals venture out to hopefully see and capture images of the otters return to the river.

In addition to the wildlife displayed here, mergansers, and goldeneye ducks are other frequent visitors to the river in the colder months.
